Event transportation is booked by the hour rather than by trip, because most occasions involve more than one destination and an unpredictable end time. You have the driver and vehicle for the hours you reserve.
The rate is $75 per hour with a three-hour minimum, quoted upfront. It doesn't change with traffic, the time of day, or how late the evening runs.

Your time starts at the scheduled pickup and ends at your final drop-off. Fuel and mileage within the San Gabriel Valley and greater Los Angeles are included — there's no separate per-mile charge on top of the hourly rate. Additional time beyond your booking is $40 per 30 minutes.
No automatic gratuity. Many services add 15 to 20 percent to your bill without asking. Tipping is appreciated but never required, and it's never added for you.

What if our plans change on the day?
Add a stop, change the order, or leave somewhere earlier than expected — you've booked the time and how it's used is up to you.
The one thing worth telling us early is a change to the finish time, since that's the part that affects whether the hours can be extended.
How many passengers can you take?
Up to seven. The vehicle is a Kia Carnival with sliding doors and a low step-in, which is easier in formal wear and easier for older relatives getting in and out.
Larger groups can be handled across two trips within the same booking if the venue is nearby — tell us your headcount and we'll work out whether that fits your timing.
Is there a surcharge for weekends or late nights?
No. The rate is $75 per hour whether it's a Tuesday morning or a Saturday at midnight.
Weekend evenings do book up first, so the practical constraint is availability rather than price.
How far in advance should I book for an event?
As early as you have the date. Reservations are handled first come, first served, and each booking is held for one client — so weekend evenings and graduation season fill up well ahead.
If your event is during a busy period, booking weeks out rather than days out is the difference between having a driver and not.
Can you take us to a venue outside the San Gabriel Valley?
Yes. Hourly rates cover the San Gabriel Valley and greater Los Angeles, which includes most venues people book for.
For events well outside the area, a flat rate for the trip is often better value than paying hourly for the drive. Tell us the venue and we'll quote it whichever way costs less.
Do you add a gratuity to the bill?
No. Many services automatically add 15 to 20 percent to event bookings. We don't add anything to your bill without asking.
Tipping is appreciated but never required, and it isn't built into the quoted rate.
