Corporate Transportation in Los Angeles
Recurring Business Travel, Client Pickups, and Airport Runs on One Account
Scheduled business transportation across the San Gabriel Valley and greater Los Angeles — the same driver every trip, monthly invoicing, and English or Mandarin throughout.
Rates and Corporate Accounts
Business transportation is billed the same way as everything else we do — a fixed hourly rate for local travel and published flat rates for airport transfers. There's no corporate markup.
What changes with an account is how you book and how you pay. Account clients get a two-hour minimum instead of three, monthly invoicing instead of paying per trip, and the option to hold a recurring slot on the calendar.
The same rate we charge everyone. Airport transfers use our published flat rates instead, starting at $75 to Burbank and $100 to LAX or Ontario.
Down from three, because a client pickup or a meeting run rarely takes a full afternoon
One statement covering the month's trips, itemized for expense reporting, instead of paying per ride
Recurring bookings hold the same day and time on the calendar rather than being requested each week
No corporate markup. Some services quote businesses higher than individuals on the assumption that someone else is paying. The rate here is the same one published on every other page of this site.
No automatic gratuity. Nothing is added to an invoice without being agreed first.
Accounts are set up directly rather than through a portal — a conversation about your typical trips, then an arrangement that fits how your office actually books travel.
Who Uses Corporate Transportation
Corporate transportation isn't only for companies with travel departments. Most of it is a small office solving the same problem repeatedly — someone needs collecting, the timing can't slip, and nobody wants to expense a different rideshare receipt every week.
These are the arrangements that come up most across the San Gabriel Valley.
Visiting partners and clients from overseas
Airport pickup, hotel transfers, and transport between meetings — arranged and conducted in Mandarin or English. For San Gabriel Valley businesses hosting partners from China or Taiwan, that removes the part of the visit most likely to go wrong.
Standing weekly appointments
The same trip on the same day, held on the calendar rather than requested each week. Common for regular office travel, recurring site visits, and anyone whose schedule repeats.
Staff airport runs
Getting people to LAX, Burbank, or Ontario at a flat rate that's the same in December as it is in February — which makes travel budgets predictable and expense reports uncontroversial.
Small offices without a travel budget
A real estate office, a medical practice, a family import business. One driver who knows the routine, one invoice at month end, and no expense-report archaeology across a dozen rideshare receipts.
What's Included with a Corporate Account
Monthly invoicing
One itemized statement at month end covering every trip, formatted so it drops straight into expense reporting
Two-hour minimum
Down from three, because a client pickup or a run between meetings rarely fills an afternoon
Held recurring slots
A standing booking keeps the same day and time reserved rather than being requested and confirmed each week
English & Mandarin throughout
Booking, coordination, and the trip itself — useful when the passenger and the person arranging the ride don't share a language
The same driver every trip
Owner-operated. Your visitors meet the same person each time, and the routine doesn't have to be re-explained
No corporate markup
$75 per hour and published flat airport rates — the same prices quoted to everyone else on this site
Flight tracking on airport runs
Arrivals are monitored so a delayed visitor is still collected, without anyone at the office rebooking anything
Seats up to 7 passengers
A visiting delegation travels together rather than splitting across separate cars and arriving at different times
Door-to-door at every stop
Dropped at the entrance rather than a structure two blocks away, which matters when someone is carrying materials to a meeting
No automatic gratuity
Nothing is added to an invoice without being agreed first, so the monthly total matches what was quoted
How Corporate Accounts Work
A Short Conversation
What kind of trips you run, how often, and who books them. Ten minutes on the phone is usually enough to know whether an account makes sense or whether booking per trip is simpler for you.
Set Up the Account
We agree how bookings come in, who's authorized to request them, and where the invoice goes. Any paperwork your side needs is handled at this stage rather than in the middle of a trip.
Book and Get Invoiced
Trips are requested by call or text, recurring slots stay on the calendar, and one itemized statement arrives at month end covering everything.

Frequently Asked Questions
How much does corporate transportation cost?
Local and meeting transport is $75 per hour, with a two-hour minimum on corporate accounts rather than the three-hour minimum that applies otherwise. Airport transfers use our published flat rates, starting at $75 to Burbank and $100 to LAX or Ontario.
There's no corporate markup. These are the same rates published everywhere else on this site.
Do we need an account, or can we just book trips?
You can book individual trips without an account at any time, exactly like any other client.
An account is worth setting up when trips are frequent enough that per-trip payment becomes an administrative nuisance — usually a few times a month or more. If you're booking a handful of times a year, paying per trip is simpler for both of us and we'll tell you so.
How does invoicing work?
Account clients receive one itemized statement at the end of each month covering every trip taken — date, route, passenger, and cost — formatted for expense reporting. Payment is due within 15 days of the statement.
Trips can also be paid individually if your office prefers that, with a receipt issued at the end of each ride.
Is there a minimum spend to open an account?
No. Accounts are available to any business booking regularly enough to benefit from them, without a monthly minimum or a commitment to a volume of trips.
If your usage drops off, the account simply goes quiet. There's nothing to cancel.
Can more than one person at our office book?
Yes. When the account is set up we'll agree who's authorized to request trips, and any of them can book by call or text.
All of it lands on the same monthly statement regardless of who arranged it.
Do you handle visiting clients and partners from overseas?
Yes, and it's one of the more common reasons San Gabriel Valley businesses set up an account. Airport pickup, hotel transfers, and transport between meetings can all be handled in Mandarin or English.
That matters most when the person arranging the ride and the person taking it don't share a language. Your visitor deals directly with the driver rather than routing every question back through your office.
Can you hold a standing weekly booking?
Yes. A recurring slot keeps the same day and time reserved on the calendar rather than being requested and confirmed each week.
It's the most reliable arrangement we offer, because the time is blocked in advance rather than competing with other bookings.
What if we need to cancel a trip?
Cancellations with at least 24 hours' notice aren't charged. Inside 24 hours, the booking may be billed, since the slot was held and other work turned away.
Plans change and we're reasonable about it — a delayed flight or a meeting that moves isn't the same as a forgotten booking.
How many passengers can you take?
Up to seven. A visiting group travels together in one vehicle rather than splitting across separate cars and arriving at different times.
For larger delegations, tell us the headcount and we'll work out whether two trips within one booking fits your schedule.
Do you provide receipts for expense reports?
Yes. Individual trips get a receipt at the end of the ride, and account clients get a single itemized monthly statement instead.
Either format includes the detail an expense report needs — no chasing anyone for documentation weeks later.
