  • Yes. Late-night and last-minute requests are often accommodated, depending on availability. Arkwood operates with flexible scheduling and does our best to assist whenever possible; however, all requests are handled on a first-come, first-served basis. For the fastest response, texting is preferred, especially for time-sensitive needs.

  • Advance booking is strongly encouraged, especially for airport transportation and scheduled rides. While same-day requests may be possible depending on availability, the earlier you book, the better we’re able to reserve your preferred pickup time and accommodate your needs. All reservations are handled on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Arkwood operates a spacious multi-purpose vehicle (MPV) designed for comfort and versatility. The vehicle seats up to 8 total occupants, which includes the driver, allowing for up to 7 passengers.

    Even with a full group of 7 passengers, there is still room for approximately 3 large suitcases, 4 carry-on bags, and several backpacks. For smaller groups of 4 passengers or fewer, the third row can be laid flat, creating significantly more luggage space—ideal for airport travel, longer trips, or clients traveling with additional belongings.

    The vehicle is maintained to a high standard and configured to provide a comfortable, quiet, and professional ride experience, whether you’re traveling solo, with family, or as a group.

  • Yes, many oversized items—such as strollers, golf bags, wheelchairs, or large equipment—can often be accommodated, depending on passenger count and vehicle configuration. For the best experience, please mention any oversized items at the time of booking so space can be planned accordingly. All requests are handled on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability.

  • At this time, Arkwood does not provide child or booster seats. Families are welcome to bring and install their own approved seats, and we’re happy to allow extra time at pickup if needed. Please let us know in advance if a child seat will be used so we can plan accordingly and ensure a smooth pickup experience.

  • California law requires children to be properly secured in an age- and size-appropriate car seat or booster seat. Parents or guardians are responsible for providing the appropriate seat for their child. If you’re unsure which seat is required, we recommend checking current California guidelines or consulting your child seat manufacturer.

  • Yes, multiple stops and brief wait time can often be accommodated when requested in advance. To ensure a smooth and well-timed experience, please let us know about any additional stops or extended wait time at the time of booking. Unannounced changes may not always be possible, especially during a full schedule, and are handled based on availability.

  • Standard pricing is based on a direct pickup and drop-off. Short, incidental wait time may be accommodated when needed; however, extended wait time or delays beyond the scheduled pickup window may result in additional charges. To avoid surprises, please let us know in advance if wait time is expected so we can plan accordingly.

  • Arkwood accepts cash, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, and credit cards. If you plan to pay by credit card, please let us know in advance so we can bring the appropriate equipment and ensure a smooth transaction at pickup or drop-off.

    Tipping is not required but always appreciated and can be provided in any of the accepted payment methods. Your support is genuinely valued and helps us continue delivering a high level of personalized service.
